Heaven's Darlings {Aquene}

[Delian]

The sounds of waves hitting rocks could be heard as a black stallion trotted on the damp sand. The stars were starting to show as the sun set, magnificent colors bloomed in many shades of orange and purple, coloring anything they touched. Delian let out a soft whinny of happiness at the colors of night.

He changed the tempo of his speed into a steady gallop. As the stallion ran the wind blowed in his face, combing through his mane, tail flying out behind him. Feeling his sides heave did he slow into a walk allowing his lungs to gather the air he lost from his late evening run. Spotting a small patch of grass with his green fleck orbs before walking over to eat, bending his head he let his lips brush the sweet smelling grass. Finally feeling the nawing edge of hunger did he allow him self to eat, picking out the more dewy ones then the rest.

[Aquene]

Aquene slowly walked along the sea shore with her head held high. The sky had a beautiful arouse to it as the sun began to set, and her white body would be quite visible. Sounds of waves hitting shore was peaceful and soothing to her, like it could put her into a trance like no other. Her hooves walked along the wet sand and into the water with heavy steps. It would be unlikely that antoher horse would be out here, but she didn't know if that's true for sure. Finally after her long walk on the shore her blue orbs found a patch of grass. Bopping her head gently she found her a little spot and started grazing. Lifting up her head slightly she saw something else but quickly she didn't worry about it to much.

[Delian]

Delian lifted his head up at the flash of white in his side vision. Should he confront the object or keep grazing? After weighing his options he decided to walk over, a shadow in the night. The only signs of him was his hoofs meeting the sand and his visible scar on his chest. As he closed in the space he recognized that it was Aquene, "beautiful night?" Delian neighed softly as his tail swished behind him, swatting any insect that dared to bite him.

[Aquene]

Slowly lifting her head she saw that the stallion had approach her. Now her head fully raised she turned to him."Yes, yes it is." she flicked her tail lightly. The air was cool with a slight chill but she didn't mind at all for the least."So what are doing here late night?" with a flick of her ear a couple times, she stood there waiting for him to maybe answer her question if he wanted to. Aquene's nose flared as the salty water smell flown into her direction again.

Well its just between me and Aquene so no but I will post Delian at the swamps.

(Yeah)

Delian shrugged, "Im always up at this time, why are you out here?" The obsidian stallion grunted before dipping his head to graze some more. His thick wavy mane blowing in the slight chilly breeze. As the sun disappeared the moon rose, filling the sky with stares, a thing Delian loved. Lifting his head did he shift, trying to hide his excitement.

[Aquene]

"For no apparent reason, I guess to do some late night walking." her head looked up towards the sky as the moon settled into its place. The stars shined brightly, as night animals began to awake. Aquene slowly began to graze the grass again, her tail whipping away Mosquitos and other flying bugs that bother her. Her lips touched the grass with a light touch as she ate before lifting her head back up.

[Delian]

Delian nodded before turning around, the ocean breeze hitting him in the face causing his eyes to water. "Care to go on a walk? Might as well get to know one another," he whickered  softly before turning around slowly walking down the beach his hoofs making muffled noise. Stopping he looked behind his bulky body, dark emerald green eyes landing on the egg shell white mare. "Coming?" the dark stallion asked as he waited for her response.

[Aquene]

For a minute Aquene stood there and looked at him feeling unsure. But after taking a bite of grass she begand to follow behind."Sure, I like to." She neighed softly. Her hooves hit the soft sand with elegance as she caught up beside the black stallion. The wind blown through her hair mane, as he head bobbed up and down."So tell me about yourself, if you want to." the mare's blue eyes keep straight forward as she walked.

[Delian]

"I'm an open book but what do you wish to learn?" He said turning around to start walking besides Aquene. Every once in a while he shook out his mane to keep the bugs away and a snort here and there from the salty water he walked by. He lifted his head up every now and then to see the constellations of the stares, watching them with intrest before turning his gaze back in front of him.

[Aquene]

"i quite blank on questions at the moment, how about you can ask me first me first?" she neighed softly. Her legs was lifted high as she didn't go to fast or to slow. Her white head continues to bobbed slowly and gently with grace.
